Up, Down, and Up Again

It is weird how I can feel really good one day, heartbroken then next, and wake up the following morning feeling ok and at peace.

Even more strange is when I go through that range in a single day.

I felt pretty good most of the time I was at the condo in Daytona. I had my down moments, but I was in a pretty good mood for the most part. Yesterday was a bad day. But today, I feel good again. Calm, happy, and ok.

I like these days. It is these days when life doesn't seem all that bad. Opportunity is around every corner...I feel ok, not at all broken and beaten.

It is these days that I remind myself of when the bad days hit.
