Switch

I always compare myself to my ultra talented friends. They all do something I wish I was doing, or could do. Bake, blog about baking, clay molding, painting, sewing awesome clothes, writing, just general being really awesome...I always think "Man,I suck! I should do these things too! Why don't I!?"

I end up feeling pretty useless at that point.

Well, today, I had someone tell me that they admire something *I* do! That they wish they could do it too...Wow!

It occurs to me that I may be way too hard on myself. Sure I should do the things I'd like to do, but I do some things, and that's pretty cool too! I seem to really take the stuff I do for granted.

Maybe I am creative and talented too.

Maybe I'm a cool chick after all.
